Well, the 2014 Toyota Highlander performed exceptionally, earned “good” ratings, and “acceptable” score in small overlap front scenarios, and an “advanced” rating for the front crash prevention system. In addition to receiving the TSP+ award, the Highlander also excelled in NHTSA crash tests. According to the government agency, the 2014 Toyota Highlander earned a perfect 5-star overall safety rating.
